Politically Motivated Policing?
It is reported that 12 members of the British National Party (BNP) have been arrested in Liverpool for distributing leaflets alleged to be ‘racist‘. I do not know what the leaflets contained and in a sense it does not matter. I feel sure that whoever produced the offending material would make sure, for financial reasons if for no other, that they stayed within the law, such as it is. It should be said, sadly, that law long ago lost connection with natural justice and became the will of the ruler as in other totalitarian states.
During the last half century, since 1945, when Marxists took over the government of the United Kingdom passing it by deception to another similar larger organization on the way, they have made it virtually illegal for the natives to express objection either to infiltration or assimilation. They have sought to do this by making what they choose to call ‘racism‘ an offence. In the public mind this ‘racism‘ is connected with anti-Semitism and the excesses of the Nazi holocaust. There was a time when people were terrified of the tag ‘racist‘, but not any longer as more and more people in different parts of the country see the consequences of unlimited immigration.
The indigenous population of the British Isles object quite naturally to the invasion of their homeland by a seemingly endless stream of people from all parts of the world, especially when that stream includes a proportion of the least desirable individuals to be found anywhere.
Gun crime, knife crime, people trafficking, commercial prostitution, probably drug trafficking, unheard of diseases and a considerable amount of electronic fraud do not originate in the native population, but it is they who have to put up with these obscenities as part of ‘normal‘ life.
Equally naturally the indigenous population object, so far as they are allowed to be aware of it, to the political takeover of their homeland by the European Union.
The British National Party (BNP) and the United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP) are two small political parties which alone give voice to these concerns. As UKIP, rightly or wrongly, is seen as an offshoot of the Conservative Party it is inevitable that the ‘patriotic working class' will turn to the BNP. Hence the desperate concern of a Labour Government to paint that party in the darkest colours to discourage those whom it regards as its core support from such defection.
Unfortunately for the Labour Party its chosen weapon - an accusation of ‘racism' so dear to its Marxist leaders - is not seen in the same light by those core supporters with the result that the BNP is eating away at its local government position and may burst upon the national scene.
To return to the Liverpool 12 their plight is illustrative of a looming change in English Law emanating from the European connection. A basic principle of English law adopted in the United States and most countries of the Commonwealth is that an accused is innocent until proved guilty and not guilty until 12 of his peers are so persuaded. This ancient system is now seen by the authorities as getting in the way of securing convictions as well as imposing ‘unnecessary' delay and expense. The jury system has specifically been attacked but has survived so far.
The system which is sought to be imposed comes from the Napoleonic code. It holds that an accused is guilty until innocence can be proved. There is no jury. An accused can be held at the discretion of the prosecuting authority quite possibly destroying his livelihood, his marriage and his future standing. Guilt by accusation is the rule. This is what has happened in Liverpool.
The 12 have been accused, removed from circulation (however temporarily in this case) and no doubt their leaflets have been seized. Sometime down the line it may be found that the action was not justified but let us not talk about that. From the authorities' point of view the action was effective at the time and that is all that matters. People forget very quickly.
The police officer who authorized this action (it may have been the Home Office approved Chief Constable) is more than likely of the same mindset as his political masters. It is quite likely that he went to one of the same universities and was subjected to the same Marxist indoctrination.
We are that close to politically motivated policing. When law making and law enforcement are in the same political hands what price freedom?
